Non-smart TVs by size

These TVs have no smart platform and no network port, so there's nothing to sign into and nothing phoning home. Use an antenna, a cable box, a game console or a Blu-ray player. Non-smart TVs are getting hard to find in 2026, and most big brands have dropped them, so the list is short on purpose.

Not yet verified / not listed

These models are not on the verified list. Either we couldn't confirm they're currently sold, or the spec page was ambiguous.

  • Westinghouse WD40FX1201 / WD40FX5201: The manufacturer page calls it a 40" FHD non-smart TV, but we couldn't find it in stock at a major retailer. (source)
  • Sceptre Non-smart range (E195BV-SRD 19", E246BV-SRD 24", X322BV-SRD 32", X405BV-FSRD 40", X435BV-FSRD 43", U515CV-UMRDD 50", U550CV-UMRD 55", U650CV-UMRD 65", U750CV-UMRD 75", U860CV-UMRD 86"): Sceptre's own spec pages show HDMI, antenna and USB with no Wi-Fi or LAN, but we couldn't confirm any of them in stock at a major retailer on Oct 25, 2026. If confirmed, these would fill the 40" to 86" gap. (source)
  • Insignia N10 series (NS-32D310NA21, NS-43N101NA24): Non-smart, but Best Buy shows these as no longer available. Left off the list.
  • Supersonic SC-3210: Listed at Walmart, but we haven't checked its spec page yet.
  • Emerson ETS-5000K: Not the same TV as the ET-5000K. Its FCC filing shows Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, so it's a smart TV and doesn't qualify.

Notes

Want streaming later? Any of these TVs can take a plug-in streaming stick through HDMI. You add the app if you want it, and taking the stick out makes the TV fully offline again.

Large screens: we couldn't confirm a non-smart TV over 55" in stock at a major retailer. Another common route is a commercial or hospitality display. Those aren't listed yet.
